Overview
Eri Budo Uerkwitz is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Her practice focuses on complex financings and structured finance transactions, including CLOs, asset-backed lending and synthetic securitization. More recently, Eri has been involved in representing both investors and issuers in credit risk transfer transactions on a variety of portfolios (including high yield and investment grade corporate loans and subscription facilities).
Prior to re-joining Mayer Brown in 2022, Eri spent time at two global asset managers and completed a secondment at one of the world’s largest private equity firms. She is a board member of Second Chance Foods, a non-profit that tackles food insecurity and food waste.
