Overview
Christopher Brady’s finance and transactional practice focuses especially on issues of securitization and other structured finance products. He represents issuers, underwriters, placement agents, servicers, and trustees in executing private and public term securitizations across a broad range of asset types, including commercial and residential mortgages and auto, aircraft, and student loans.
Prominent among Christopher’s clients are two of the nation’s largest servicers of commercial mortgage-backed securities, who seek his advice relative to acquisitions of servicing rights and other critical transactions. Other examples of Christopher’s work include his representation of a major program sponsor concerning the establishment of a commercial paper program; and his counsel on behalf of a leading commercial mortgage originator in conjunction with the establishment of several structured warehouse facilities.
Christopher joined Mayer Brown in 1999. Previously, he served with another active corporate law firm.
