Overview

Kiel Bowen advises banks and alternative lenders as a lead arranger in sophisticated fund finance transactions. Known for being able to successfully navigate the most complex deals, clients frequently turn to him for guidance on their most challenging and high-profile transactions. His extensive knowledge encompasses a broad range of financial instruments, including subscription and net asset value credit facilities, hybrid credit facilities, and various financings such as back-leverage, equity commitment letters, management company lines of credit, GP financings, and employee co-invest programs. Kiel also contributes significantly to the securitization team at Mayer Brown, supporting fund finance capital relief trades and collateralized fund obligations.
