Danielle Blass is counsel in the Real Estate practice of the London office. She predominantly acts for clients on high value investments in London, and has extensive experience in all aspects of Landlord and Tenant work, especially in the retail and office sector.
Acting for institutional and private investors, banks, developers and funds, Danielle’s notable transactions in 2017 include acting for Ho Bee Land in their acquisition of 67 Lombard Street, London for £129m, acting for Cabot Properties on the sale of their first UK portfolio of industrial properties to London Metric for £116 million and acting for British Land on their acquisition of the Woolwich Arsenal Estate. She has also worked in-house for a significant British retailer advising on their international real estate expansion and development.
