Daniel Blackburn is a Banking & Finance associate in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office, where his practice centers on fund finance and securitization. He regularly represents issuers and lenders in connection with the structuring and negotiation of asset-backed securities (ABS) and in subscription credit facilities for real estate and private equity funds. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree from Wake Forest University and earned his JD from Tulane University Law School, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Tulane Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property.
