Overview
Ellen is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the International Trade and Public Policy, Regulatory & Government Affairs groups. She represents clients on a variety of issues, including trade remedies, customs, and export controls and sanctions matters.
Ellen received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, she served as an extern at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance through the Michigan Law Geneva Fellows program, and was an intern at the US Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the General Counsel. Prior to law school, Ellen worked in the international practice of a prominent Washington, DC-based government relations firm, where she assisted in the representation of foreign corporations and foreign governments before Congress and the Executive Branch.
