John Nadolenco named to Los Angeles Business Journal's 2023 "Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys" list
Mayer Brown partner John Nadolenco was named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s (LABJ) 2023 “Leaders of Influence: Litigation & Trial Attorneys” list.
LABJ noted John’s representation of the entire auto industry in a closely watched case seeking to overturn a voter initiative in Massachusetts that requires car companies to share data from their vehicles, as well as his nationwide class action defense work for General Motors. Additionally, John recently helped lead a trial team that obtained a complete victory for Yale University in a landmark jury trial in the District of Connecticut. The class action claimed that Yale had breached its fiduciary duty to prudently monitor the plan’s recordkeeping fees and investment lineup. After a five-week trial, the jury found for Yale.
John focuses his civil litigation and trial practice on high-stakes cases and class action defense, including defending consumer class actions, employment and antitrust cases, and challenging inappropriate government regulations. He also serves as the managing partner of Mayer Brown’s Los Angeles office.
