Shout out to Mayer Brown partner Nancy Ross, counsel Jed Glickstein and associate Samuel Myler. They got a win for client Northrop Grumman Corp. at the Seventh Circuit, which found this week the company did not violate ERISA by giving management the discretion to decide whether or not employees are entitled to benefits under its severance plan when terminated.
