Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises CVC in financial restructuring of approximately R$ 772.5 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised CVC on its financial restructuring, which took place through the renegotiation and reperforming of its 4th and 5th debentures issuances, in the amount of approximately R$ 499.5 million and R$ 272.9 million, respectively. The transaction has brought about new perspectives for the company, whose stock value rose after the restructuring was announced.
