Tauil & Chequer Advogados acts in third debentures issuance of Alliar worth R$ 400 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as the legal advisor on the third debentures issuance of Alliar, a medical imaging diagnostics company, for a total value of R$ 400 million (nearly US$ 78 million) . The public offering was coordinated by BR Partners Banco de Investimentos S.A.

The team was led by partner Rodolfo Tella and included associate Dianie Teixeira, both from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
