For the 12th consecutive year, Mayer Brown has received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRC) 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

The 2022 CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination policies across business entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, and support of an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.

Mayer Brown is involved in and supports many LGBTQ+ rights initiatives, including providing pro bono legal services for a number of LGBTQ+-focused organizations, and raising awareness of LGBTQ+ legal issues locally and globally. The firm consistently earns recognition for LGBTQ+ inclusiveness and equality.
