Mayer Brown’s Daniel Fenske named to Chicago Council on Global Affairs’ 2022 Emerging Leaders program

Mayer Brown announced that Antitrust & Competition partner Daniel Fenske (Chicago) was named to the Chicago Council on Global Affairs’ 2022 class of the Emerging Leaders program.

Mr. Fenske is among 19 individuals selected from a pool of highly competitive applicants. The class includes high-performing, up-and-coming professionals from some of Chicago’s most prominent organizations. Program participants will engage in leadership development and skills training in public speaking, op-ed writing and policy analysis. The Council noted that the program is designed for individuals to gain a “deeper understanding of global issues and skills to support Chicago and its communities in addressing global challenges and bolstering Chicago’s position as a global city.”

Mr. Fenske is a highly regarded litigator who has been involved in some of the country’s most important antitrust matters. He represents clients before courts and agencies, including the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission. He also has substantial experience with class action and regulatory matters outside the antitrust context, and with general complex commercial litigation. He also maintains a diverse appellate practice.
