Mayer Brown to add Joe Conder to its Real Estate practice in London

London — Mayer Brown today announced the appointment of Joe Conder as a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice in London. Joe will join the firm from Goodwin, where he is a partner in the real estate industry group.  

Joe's practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate work, with a particular focus on the structured sale and purchase of high value investment properties, development funding, sale and leaseback transactions, real estate finance transactions and restructurings. He has vast experience acting for a variety of investors, operators, sovereign wealth funds and international funds based in Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East. While at Goodwin, Joe has played a key role in the development of the transactional real estate practice and prior to that he headed Linklaters’  UK investment team and served as co-global head of its real estate sector group.
