Early in his career, he was part of the team that advised the City of Chicago on the $1.83 billion concession and lease of the Chicago Skyway Toll Bridge, the first transaction of its kind in the US. Over time, Mr. Seliga has helped build Mayer Brown’s infrastructure practice into a national leader, advising public entities, equity investors and lenders on transactions around the Midwest and across the nation.

As noted in his profile, Mr. Seliga continues to help participants in the infrastructure investment market consider new policies and transaction structures to facilitate new P3s and accelerated project delivery to meet the economic and legal challenges arising from COVID-19, contributing to economic recovery.
