The Chicago Tax Club — 71st Annual Fall Seminar

Mayer Brown Tax partners Anthony Pastore and Sonal Majmudar will participate in The Chicago Tax Club - 71st Annual Fall Seminar on October 23. Anthony will be on a panel titled, “Navigating Uncertainty in Tax” focusing on strategies to achieve tax certainty in an uncertain world including a dive into risk mitigation strategies such as the compliance assurance program, advance price agreements for transfer pricing risk, private letter rulings, and others. Sonal’s panel, “Demystifying the Interplay Between Tariffs, Tax and Transfer Pricing,” will discuss the international tax and transfer pricing considerations associated with common mitigation strategies, particularly in light of the evolving global tax landscape.
