Bank-fintech relationships have seen an innovation explosion over the last decade. More banks than ever are offering financial services to or through fintech platforms, whether by providing services that power a fintech’s own products and services, or through bank partnerships, BaaS platforms, and other embedded financial services solutions. At the same time, regulatory scrutiny has been intensifying.
