The International Labor & Employment Law Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Labour and Employment Law and the International Committee of the UK’s Employment Lawyers’ Association are hosting an in-person event in London at the 8th Transatlantic Conference. The event brings together a range of speakers from across the globe to discuss and debate the future of the world of work.
Grace Shie will participate on a panel entitled, “Internationally Mobile and Increasingly Remote? Opportunities and Challenges for Global Employers and Workers in the Remote Global Work Environment,” which will explore the opportunities and the challenges of managing internationally mobile and remote workforces in the post-pandemic world, looking at immigration and tax issues as well as whether employers can or should now seek to reverse the remote/mobile trend and what obstacles to doing so are likely to arise.
