Kate has over 18 years of experience as a lawyer at Orrick, a US Fulbright Scholar, a strategy consulting business analyst at E&Y and a People Leader. She has driven the implementation of key initiatives in leadership development, including the creation and facilitation of an organization's Leadership Institute, facilitated workshops and spent hundreds of hours coaching professionals. Kate has led teams in the private and nonprofit sector. She cares about people, their careers, development and overall engagement and success in a company. She is a frequent speaker, panelist, moderator and author.
