Multinational Corporations and International Anti-Corruption Conference
Host/s:
University of Ausgburg
Corporations are confronted with a variety of anti-corruption rules worldwide. At the same time, there is mostly a lack of conflict-of-law and mutual binding rules between the national legal systems. This initial situation poses numerous challenges for all those involved in preventing and managing corruption in international companies. During this two-day virtual conference hosted by the University of Ausgburg, renowned scientists and practitioners will discuss these specific problems and possible solutions.
Mayer Brown partner, Marlon Paz, will speak on the September 25th morning panel to address sanctioning in an international context.
