Fourth Annual AIRROC & Mayer Brown Runoff Deal Forum

AIRROC and Mayer Brown are pleased to continue the tradition of our annual Deal Forum for the fourth year in a virtual format.  

Panelists will candidly share their own experiences and insights, lessons learned, highlights and tips for success.  Views on the landscape in the midst of COVID-19, the market players, recent deals and deal trends, and a session to highlight lesser known developments that will impact our deals in the coming years.

Among the Forum’s speakers, Mayer Brown partners Larry Hamilton and David Alberts will be participating as panelists. Larry Hamilton will serve as a panelist on the “Under the Radar Potential Game Changers” panel discussing legal, regulatory and NAIC developments that will likely impact the runoff deal landscape. David Alberts will serve as the moderator on the panel "Acquirer Insights: Perspectives on The Market, The Deals and The Trends,” joined by some of the major players in the current market sharing their insights on the deal-making process.
