Lance Workman is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice representing domestic and international banks, issuers, borrowers, underwriters, hedge funds, conduits and other finance companies in a variety of finance transactions and related matters.
Lance regularly represents clients in connection with structured finance transactions, secured and unsecured loans, commercial paper conduit programs and purchases and sales of financial assets. His securitization experience includes securitizations of trade receivables, equipment loans and leases, auto loans and leases, commercial loans, consumer loans, student loans, insurance premium finance contracts, structured settlements, annuity contracts, whole businesses and other asset classes. He joined Mayer Brown in 2008.
