Jacinda C. C. Wong

Clients turn to Jacinda Wong for her extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters. She advises public and private companies and other corporate clients on transactions including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and selected capital markets securities offerings. Jacinda advises financial institutions and multinational corporations on multi-jurisdictional projects and regulatory compliance matters, and has served as legal advisor to Singapore listed companies and their boards on corporate governance and transactional matters.

Jacinda has more than 15 years of experience in legal practice and previously worked as a partner at a large local firm. She speaks English and some Mandarin.

• M&A transactions involving the sale and purchase of engineering and high-precision manufacturing businesses to US, Swiss, and Hong Kong purchasers, each transaction with value in the region of or over S$100 million.
• M&A transaction involving the sale and purchase of a foreign exchange trading platform to the local stock exchange with a transaction value over S$100 million.
• Pre-M&A restructuring of an American surfacing solutions group by a Netherlands purchaser with a wider transaction value over US$800 million.
• Private equity investments into the local investment vehicle of a British multinational consumer goods company.
