Mia Ruiz

Mia Ruiz helps clients navigate all stages of federal litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motions practice. Mia advises clients on a wide range of complex litigation matters and government investigations, including those involving the False Claims Act, procurement fraud, conflicts of interest, and ERISA class actions.

While in law school, Mia represented numerous clients in the Fair Housing Clinic. As a law student she also gained experience working for the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of its SEC Scholars Program.
