Jacob Reiskin

Jacob Reiskin works with clients to develop practical solutions for international trade issues, with a particular focus on matters involving the production and importation of goods. He represents companies across a wide range of industries in unfair trade proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). He also works with clients on a range of other strategies, including optimizing supply chains, addressing customs issues, navigating national security investigations, and handling trade policy. Jacob frequently appears before the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) to resolve trade disputes.

• Represented U.S. producer of brake drums in antidumping and countervailing duty actions against imports from China and Turkey. 
• Represented multinational food and agriculture company in antidumping and countervailing duty actions against imports from China.
• Represented multinational lithium-ion battery maker responding to antidumping and countervailing investigations of active anode material from China.
• Defended U.S. trade association and Chinese & Vietnamese manufacturers in AD, CVD, and safeguard matters involving the importation of solar cells and modules before the DOC, ITC, and federal courts.
• Advised truck part producers on supply chain optimization, customs matters, and trade policy.
• Represented U.S. chemical producer in antidumping and countervailing duty actions against imports from Taiwan and Korea.
• Represented aluminum products importer before U.S. Customs and Border Protection to achieve swift releases of shipments detained under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA).
