- Advises clients on corporate governance matters, including shareholders’ agreements, board and shareholders’ meetings, corporate reorganizations, and governance frameworks.
- Works on mergers and acquisitions transactions, including legal due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and transaction documents.
In-House Experience – Energy Sector
- Participated in the acquisition of Petrobras’ Polo Alagoas, comprising seven oil and gas concessions (onshore and shallow water), in a transaction valued at approximately USD 300 million.
