Tristan Propst represents both major financial institutions, as administrative agents, arrangers and lenders, and corporate borrowers in a variety of finance transactions, including secured and unsecured commercial transactions, first lien/second lien transactions, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, project finance transactions, structured transactions, restructuring transactions, and cross-border transactions, with a particular emphasis on finance transactions in the oil and gas, coal, pipeline and other energy-related industries.

Tristan has been ranked by Chambers USA since 2009 and is ranked in Band 1 for Banking and Finance in Texas since 2018. Chambers USA 2020 notes that Tristan “incredibly detail-oriented and is always willing to take the time to explain things. He is really great for complicated transactions."
