Jason collaborates across offices, practice groups, and organizational departments, including Legal Innovation & Strategy, Legal Information Center, Business Development & Marketing, Learning & Development, and other administrative and operational teams, to oversee a comprehensive knowledge management platform, which includes model documentation, drafting and practice guidance, surveys on market trends and substantive legal developments, post-deal assessments and benchmarking, workflow innovation, and internal trainings and client presentations.
Prior to taking on his knowledge management role, Jason represented market-leading renewable energy project developers and their investors in a variety of corporate and finance transactions and global companies and their financial stakeholders in a range of complex, cross-border transactions. He also served in an in-house role at one of the largest electric-utilities in the United States, providing strategic and legal counsel across a variety transactions and programming with a focus on the energy transition.
