Kim Perez is Banking & Finance counsel in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office. In her structured finance practice, Kim represents parties in real estate and CPACE financings and acquisitions. Kim also works on a variety of securitization and reinsurance matters, including CMBS, CRE CLO and mortgage insurance-linked note transactions. In addition, Kim assists financial institutions with regulatory compliance matters, including Rule 15Ga-1 compliance.
Kim joined the firm in 2015 and serves on Mayer Brown’s Recruiting Committee.
