Dylan's fund formation practice spans domestic and offshore commingled private investment funds and co-investment vehicles, structured across both open- and closed-end formats and a broad range of asset classes. He advises real estate, debt, industrial, and credit funds on structuring and negotiating fund terms that meet institutional investor expectations while preserving sponsor flexibility. On the investor side, he reviews and negotiates fund terms for institutional investors committing capital across these same fund types, giving him a working knowledge of market terms from both sides of the negotiating table.
Beyond the funds practice, Dylan advises private and public companies on a range of domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including corporate governance, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate counseling. He also represents early-stage and emerging companies on financings, pairing his fund-side perspective with practical guidance for founders and management teams navigating institutional capital for the first time.
Dylan has been recognized within the firm for his significant pro bono contributions and has served on several committees at the firm.
