For his funds clients, Dylan represents asset managers and institutional investors and assists on a wide variety of matters including the structuring, marketing, compliance and ongoing management of domestic and offshore commingled private investment, and co-investment vehicles. Dylan represents both open and closed ended vehicles across a variety of asset classes.
Additionally, Dylan has advised both private and public companies in myriad domestic and cross-border transactional matters, including corporate governance advice, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, private equity investments, emerging company financings, and general corporate matters. He assists clients with intellectual property and outsourcing matters.
Dylan has been recognized at the firm for his robust pro bono work and sits on the Summer Planning Committee.
