Kaelyn Neo is an associate in the Global Energy practice in Mayer Brown’s Singapore office.

Kaelyn has experience advising clients on the development, structuring and implementation of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, acquisitions, investments and divestments across the region, including those related to petrochemicals, natural gas and LNG, waste-to-energy facilities, telecommunications and port infrastructure.

Kaelyn's experience prior to joining Mayer Brown includes:

• Advised on the divestment of one of the largest network providers in Singapore, conducting due diligence and preparing agreements for the transfer of critical connectivity assets to buyers.
• Advised on the proposed divestment of a major petrochemical player’s refining and chemicals complex in Singapore, conducting due diligence and drafting and reviewing agreements for its transfer to a consortium.
• Advised three of the world’s largest shipping lines on the establishment/restructuring of their container terminal operations in Singapore.
• Advised on the deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure across Singapore, including the structuring, deployment and implementation of charging networks and associated regulatory and commercial matters.
• Advising on regulatory, licensing, environmental, competition, transportation and logistics and import/export aspects of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Advising on and preparing documentation for general corporate matters and commercial transactions, including sale/purchase of goods, services, supply/distribution, hire-purchase, and employment arrangements.
