Amber B. Masha

Amber Masha is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment Litigation & Counseling practices. She represents clients in complex litigation matters across a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer-facing businesses.

Amber has significant experience in areas including commercial litigation, labor and employment, internal investigations, toxic torts, antitrust, and complex electronic discovery. She routinely appears before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. Additionally, Amber advises on issues in corporate transactions, including conducting employment-related due diligence, negotiating contract provisions, and drafting employment agreements.
