Maria evaluates and implements cutting-edge legal technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance the firm’s efficiency and foster innovation. She also stays at the forefront of legal developments, best practices and business trends to enable delivery of the most current and insightful legal advice and solutions.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Maria practised at leading international law firms advising on local and cross-border financing transactions. She also served as in-house counsel of a prominent European bank.
