Yoon-Joo Jung is an associate in the Real Estate group of the Houston office. Yoon-Joo handles a wide range of real estate matters for clients throughout the United States, including drafting and negotiating commercial lease issues on behalf of institutional landlords for office and industrial properties. Yoon-Joo has also been involved in financing and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Yoon-Joo was an associate in an international law firm's commercial litigation practice and represented clients on litigation matters that arose from various commercial transactions including employment contracts, real estate foreclosure sale, and other contract disputes.
Yoon-Joo is a member of the Central Houston Inc. Millennial Enterprise. She also serves on the firm’s Associate Diversity Council for the Houston office.
Yoon-Joo graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law. She graduated from the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas.
