Tara Hogg

Tara draws on extensive experience as both a fee-earner and knowledge lawyer in international law firms, advising on a broad range of corporate matters including private and public M&A, IPOs, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate governance. She has also spent time on secondment to a bank and a large multinational organisation.

At LexisNexis, where she helped to create and develop the Corporate practical guidance product, Tara gained deep insight into innovation in legal services. She uses this experience to drive the effective use of legal technology across the practice and streamline and strengthen its approach to knowledge sharing.
