Jakarri Hamlin is counsel in Mayer Brown’s Banking & Finance practice. He advises financial institutions as well as asset managers and their sponsored funds and portfolio companies across asset classes in financings such as NAV, hybrid and subscription facilities, structured and asset-backed financings, and other forms of leverage. Jakarri also has substantial experience structuring and negotiating ISDA documentation as well as prime brokerage, repurchase, and other trading agreements.
