Blake Holbrook represents sponsors, developers, investors, lenders and other participants in project finance and structured finance transactions with a focus on the renewable energy and energy storage sectors. He has experience with complex asset-based financings at all levels of the capital stack, including tax equity, preferred equity and cash equity transactions, tax credit transfer transactions, and development, construction, back-leverage, warehouse and mezzanine financings and securitizations, for utility-scale, residential, community solar, commercial and industrial (C&I) and distributed generation (DG) solar and battery energy storage projects.
