Séké G. Godo

Séké Godo helps clients assert their intellectual property (IP) rights in patent litigation before the US International Trade Commission and US district courts. Séké is also experienced with performing due diligence of patent portfolios for target identifications, which leads to patent litigation campaigns.

Séké has been involved in various stages of District Court and Section 337 (ITC) patent litigation. His litigation experience includes analyzing patent portfolios for assertion, formulating and drafting infringement and validity positions in contentions and expert reports, taking and defending expert depositions, and drafting motions and trial briefs.

Séké previously worked at an IP boutique firm where he participated in patent litigation, patent prosecution, and patent portfolio strategic counseling. He also worked in the Office of Patent Counsel at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), where he drafted provisional and non-provisional patent applications for various space technologies. Séké has over 13 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry, including at NASA where he contributed in simulating and analyzing a deployment system in the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST).
