Antoine Giraud advises listed and non-listed companies, their management and shareholders, in pre-litigation and litigation matters before French civil and commercial courts. His practice concentrates primarily on disputes relating to corporate, contract and tort law.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Antoine undertook several internships within French and international prominent law firms and in the Legal Department of one of the “Big Four“ audit & consulting firms.
