Malori McGill Fery is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Supreme Court & Appellate practices. She has experience in a broad range of substantive areas, spanning all stages of federal and state court litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. In particular, Malori is a member of the firm’s Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) practice, in which she focuses on defending benefit plans, plan sponsors, and ERISA fiduciaries in federal court class actions.
