Frank Falbo concentrates his practice on private investment funds, joint ventures and other corporate and securities transactions. Frank has experience in structuring various types of private investment funds including real estate, infrastructure and private equity funds. He also has experience in structuring complex joint ventures.
Frank joined Mayer Brown in 2005. Prior to that, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Kapala, Illinois Appellate Court Second District from 2003-2005.
