Robert represents insurers in various matters — from putative class actions to coverage litigation — and advises on related issues. • Obtained early dismissals of putative nationwide class actions against insurer seeking coverage for COVID-19 commercial property insurance claims.
• Secured a complete appellate victory for financial institutions in a long-running residential mortgage-backed securities repurchase lawsuit, obtaining reversal of the trial court’s ruling on contested claims.
