Dr. Thomas Dieker

Dr. Thomas Dieker advises on all aspects of German tax law, in particular on structuring, financing and implementation of tax-efficient national and international M&A, private equity and real estate transactions as well as on corporate reorganizations. He is also experienced in capital markets transactions and innovative financial products. Further, he advises on employee and management participation programs tax risk insurance products as well as tax disputes.

Thomas is dual-qualified as a lawyer and certified tax advisor (Steuerberater). He also publishes articles on contemporary tax discussions.
