Victoria Bell Lowry

Victoria Bell Lowry's practice focuses on representing clients in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and technology sectors in product liability and mass tort litigation. Her work spans all phases of high-stakes product liability and mass tort litigation—fact investigation, discovery management, motion practice, mock jury exercises, expert development, trial preparation, and mediation preparation—positioning her to support her corporate clients effectively. Victoria also has experience representing clients in connection with government enforcement actions, Section 1782 discovery proceedings, commercial arbitration, breach of contract matters, and other commercial and civil litigation matters.

While in law school, Victoria was a member and published note author for the Fordham Urban Law Journal. Victoria also represented various incarcerated clients through her work with Fordham’s Criminal Defense Clinic.
