Constance Belin

Constance Belin assists French and international companies and their management teams in high-stakes dispute resolution in front of civil and commercial courts. She also helps clients, issuers, investment services providers and natural and legal persons with proceedings in front of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).

Constance has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2011. After having worked several years at international law firms, she joined the French Financial Markets authority (AMF), where she worked for more than five years, from 2019 to 2025.

She assisted judges and professionals who are members of the Enforcement committee of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) in investigating cases related to market abuse (insider dealing and market manipulation), as well as issuers’ financial communication and the obligations of regulated professionals. She also represented the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) before the appeal courts in connection with the decisions ruled by the Enforcement committee.
