Alexandria represents issuers and investors in various domestic securitizations and other structured finance transactions. Her securitization experience includes public and private transactions involving a variety of asset types, including equipment leases, nonqualified mortgage loans, residential mortgage loans, home equity products, fix and flip loans, single family rentals and other residential real property-related assets.
In addition, Alex regularly represents clients in establishing structured lending transactions and repurchase facilities and has experience representing mortgage loan originators and servicers in connection with negotiating servicing agreements and financings facilities.
