Aideen Brennan

Aideen Brennan advises private equity sponsors, family offices and strategic investors on complex domestic and cross-border private equity transactions across the investment lifecycle. Her experience includes platform acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, carve-outs and roll-up strategies, as well as minority investments, joint ventures and co-investments. She also regularly represents sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and other strategic transactions across the financial services, life sciences, media, telecommunications and technology sectors, with a particular emphasis on artificial intelligence, supercomputing and digital infrastructure.

Aideen previously practiced in Canada for several years and is fluently bilingual (as a native French/English speaker).
