CHICAGO – Mayer Brown partner Britt Miller has once again been recognized among Benchmark Litigation’s “Top 250 Women in Litigation.” The annual guide honors female litigators “who have participated in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history,” and have “earned the hard-won respect of their peers and clients as top players in their respective fields,” according to the publication.

For more than two decades, Britt has delivered exceptional results for domestic and international corporations in high stakes matters that are frequently under intense public and regulatory scrutiny. Her earliest antitrust case was In re Vitamins Antitrust Litigation, which, at the time, ranked among the largest antitrust cases ever filed in the United States. One of the cases arising out of that litigation, Empagran S.A. v. F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., generated a landmark US Supreme Court decision on whether foreign purchasers can recover under the US antitrust laws. Most recently, she serves as lead counsel steering cases that involve claims of price-fixing, market allocation, and monopolization in high-profile class actions for clients such as Georgetown University, Indiana Packers, Cargill, Delta Dental, and the Big Ten Conference.

Britt serves on Mayer Brown’s global Management Committee and co-leads the firm’s global Antitrust & Competition practice.
