Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises JSL on raising R$ 300 million in financing

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in São Paulo provided legal advice to JSL, a company specializing in logistics, on raising investment, structured through a public distribution of simple debentures, not convertible into shares.

The public offering was intermediated by Banco Bradesco BBI, under a firm distribution guarantee, with a total value of R$300 million. The funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes, including strengthening working capital.

The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
