Tauil & Chequer Advogados advise Eneva on a corporate partnership with Vallourec

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Eneva on the structuring of the sale to entities of Vallourec group of certain equity holding in special purpose vehicles holding energy generation projects to allow the classification of the buyers as power self-producers.

We also assisted Eneva in the negotiation and drafting of power purchase agreements relating to the projects.
