Tauil & Chequer Advogados represents Itaú BBA, BNP Paribas and Safra in Hypera's 15th issuance of debentures worth R$ 800 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised the banks Itaú BBA, BNP Paribas Brasil and Safra, as coordinators, on the 15th issuance of debentures of Hypera, a Brazilian pharmaceutical company, in the total amount of R$ 800 million.

The transaction was carried out in accordance with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) Resolution 160, and the net funds raised will be used for the reprofiling of the issuer's debts.
